The Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in Tucson, Arizona, will host Adventures Into Prayer for high school-aged students in May.
From 2 to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, at the Benedictine Sisters' monastery at 800 N. Country Club Rd., the group will explore getting to know Jesus through the Scriptures, adoration and the divine office.
"We hope to help young people learn how to pray using the Scriptures, how to sit still and let God be in their lives," Sister Hope Rodenborn, OSB said. "It will help them to know the deeper part of themselves rather than the culture; to understand that choices come from within."
