Hours are very flexible, but the best candidate will be self motivated, creative and able to manage themselves.

Job Description: Soap Shop Assistant
Responsible to: Sr. Cathleen Marie, Sr. Rita
Job Summary: Production and packaging, creating, wrapping, labeling soap three times per week, make judgment on what inventory is needed day by day, and give tours of the soap shop. Responsible for all aspects of making soap, lotions, lip balms and scrubs. This job has a lot of room for personal expression and creativity. All ingredients are food grade. Candidate must be able to manage themselves and be self-motivated.
Essential Functions:

Packaging
Record Keeping
Tracking Inventory, supply and demand
Making soap by following directions
Working in a safe and proper manner
Wear PPE
Mixing ingredients for soap, lotions, lip balms and scrubs
Keep work area clean and presentable
Give tours of the soap shop
Practice safety and safe handling of chemicals at all times
