Students from Oklahoma State University included the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration in their Labor Day Retreat at their neighbors and friends at nearby Conception Abbey.
On Saturday, Aug. 30, the Benedictine Sisters welcomed the women for a tour of the Relic Chapel, followed by Adoration, supper, recreation and Compline. On Sunday, the entire group joined the Sisters for Mass.
It was a beautiful time of prayer, fellowship and shared joy in Christ. The Benedictine Sisters welcome both groups and individuals – whether discerning a religious calling or simply seeking a place of peace and prayer – to spend time with them.
