The Diocese of Tucson hosted its annual Religious Jubilee Mass on Sunday, Feb. 1, at St. Augustine Cathedral in Tucson, Arizona.
Held the day before World Day for Consecrated Life, the event honored 19 priests, brothers and sisters from several different religious orders throughout the diocese. Jubilees ranged from the 25th to the 70th anniversary of religious profession.
Among those honored were Benedictine Sister of Perpetual Adoration Gladys Ruth Noreen, OSB. She was recognized for her 40 years of monastic profession. Also honored but unable to attend was Sister Regina Arnold, OSB, who is celebrating her 65th anniversary of monastic profession. |
