Students in fifth through eighth grades from St. Gregory School in Maryville, Missouri, visited the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration as part of a daylong retreat this fall.
During their visit, the students learned about the Sisters’ history, their various works for the Church and toured the Adoration Chapel and the Relic Chapel.
For many of the students, it was a homecoming. The school visits with the second grade class each year to learn about the Benedictine Sisters' altar bread production in prepartion for their First Communion. |
