Sister Maria Victoria Cutaia, OSB, vocation director for the Benedictine Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, attended the Student Leadership Summit over the New Year’s holiday in Phoenix, Arizona.
The four-day biennial convention is hosted by the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, and more than 9,000 people attended this year. The theme was “You Were Made For Mission” and included mass and keynote addresses from author and musician Emily Wilson and Father Mike Schmitz, sessions on missionary discipleship, daily Mass, adoration and confession.
It also included events and sessions for post-college attendees, campus ministry pros and vocation directors like Sister Maria Victoria. Her booth included materials about the Benedictine Sisters and opportunities to meet Catholic student leaders from across the U.S. |
