Leaders of religious groups across the country assembled for the Conference of Benedictine Prioresses in February at Sacred Heart Monastery in Cullman, Alabama. Among the attendees were the leaders of women’s and men’s Benedictine communities, including Prioress General Sister Dawn Annette Mills, OSB (second from left). The event included breakout sessions on today’s Benedictine monasticism and collaboration, as well as presentations on the care of the infirm and mental health issues, dementia and care for those at end of life.
