The beautiful stained glass windows represent some of the apostles and evangelists. The windows are the product of the Tyrolese Art Glass Company of Innsbruck, Austria. St. Jacobus Mai - James (Jacob) the Greater was one of the twelve apostles, brother of John and was present for the Transfiguration and the Agony in the Garden. He preached the Gospel in Spain and Jerusalem. He was one of the first martyrs of the Church, having been killed by a sword. (another source said beheaded in Jerusalem in 44 A.D.).
